I (Erin) am the director and owner of A School for Self and Energy Awareness. The school has been in its present location since 1992 and by June, 2012, I will have been in practice for 26 years.
I am a native Oregonian. I earned my Bachelor of
Science degree from Portland State University in 1983 and after a short
career as a public school teacher, started my healing arts practice, in
Portland, in 1986.
My clairvoyant and healing abilities are a combination
of natural talent, study, life experience and lots and lots of
practice. My philosophy and teaching style combine a commitment to
spiritual awareness, social responsibility and practical common sense
values.
Born sensitive and altruistic, along with my professional career as a clairvoyant healer and teacher, I has been an active volunteer.

I read my first metaphysical book when I was 16, in 1976 and for years afterwards sought out many books in the genre of metaphysical theory, self help and eastern philosophy. Today, I read mostly outside the box of my profession. Because my career and life style are centered around metaphysics, I find it refreshing and balancing to pursue various literary options. (And besides, most books are about the journey of self discovering and enlightenment, no matter what category they apply to.)
